Cooking Matters at Home: Hack Your Snack In-Person
A hands-on session where you'll learn time-saving tips for buying and preparing healthy snacks. Discover how to read food labels, identify nutritious choices in prepackaged foods, and compare unit prices to stretch your grocery budget. Plus, practice making delicious, homemade snacks that are both affordable and easy to prepare. This program is presented in partnership with the Weld County Public Health Department Cooking Matters at Home.
