Paws to Read In-Person
This is a free program designed for new readers and kids who want to practice their reading with a non-judgmental furry friend.
Each child reads at their own pace to one of the friendly dogs. No registration is needed, but please check-in to get on the list to read. We will have a selection of books to choose from or you can bring your own.
Each dog is accopanied by a handler. The handler will be with the dogs at all times. The teams are certified and insured. Parents need to remain the in the library while the child is reading.
