CSU Extension: The Mediterranean Diet In-Person
Many long-term health benefits have been associated with the Mediterranean lifestyle, including weight loss, reduced blood pressure and cholesterol, and a reduced risk for various chronic diseases. But it’s not about cutting calories and restricting foods. Rather, it’s about enjoying foods you like and eating them mindfully and leisurely. This workshop will help to answer your questions about the Mediterranean lifestyle and show you how to incorporate Mediterranean foods and habits into your life!
