Sound Bath & Mediation In-Person
September is National Yoga Month. Let's celebrate with a soundbath and meditataion. We live in a Universe where everything in existence is in a constant state of vibration. While laying down on your yoga mat comfortably, You will hear crystal singing bowls. This creates beautiful sounds and vibrations that feel fully immersive and are healing for the brain and body. Soundbaths have many benefits such as: calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, respiration and heart rate; alleviates anxiety and depression, boosts creativity & memory, calms the brainwaves, helps you embody the present moment, and clear any blockages of energy in the body. You will be guided through a visualization meditation. If you are in need of inner peace, rest, relaxation, a reset and harmony, then join us in this experience right before the summer solstice season. Bring your mat, a blanket, pillow, whatever makes you feel most comfortable to lay down for the practice. The library does provide some yoga mats which are available on a first come first serve. Registeration is required. Must be 18 or older.
