Tax-Aide In-Person
What is Tax-Aide?

The Erie Community Library is participating with the AARP Tax-Aide program to provide free preparation and e-filing of Federal and Colorado income tax returns.

IRS-certified Tax-Aide volunteers will prepare and electronically file your Federal and Colorado income tax returns during one in-person appointment in the library.

There are no age or income limits, and AARP membership is not required.

Tax-Aide will be in the library during the day on Mondays and Fridays: February 7, 2025 - April 11, 2025.

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED and may be scheduled beginning January 6, 2025 in one of three ways:

Call the library at 888-861-7323 to talk with a scheduler

Ask an Erie library staff person

If you have questions about Tax-Aide or your income tax appointment, add your name and phone number to the Callback List using one of the three appointment scheduling methods listed above, and a Tax-Aide person will call you.
