Each month, dive into practical, real-world topics designed to empower you and build the skills you need to thrive on your own. Registration preferred. You Got This is a monthly program for youth aged 14 to 23.

May: Mindfulness IRL with North Range Behavioral Health 

Mindfulness, or paying attention to the present moment without judgement, is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, boost attention and concentration, improve relationships, find happiness, and generally improve mental health. In this program, we'll tour different stations that teach us how to incorporate mindfulness into our everyday lives through simple practices. This program is presented in partnership with North Range Behavioral Health.
