Celebrate the arrival of spring with Ginger, a versatile and fragrant spice used in cuisines across Asia and beyond. Known for its warming, zesty flavor, and numerous health benefits, ginger shines in both savory dishes and sweet treats.
About the Program
The Spice of the Month Club invites you to explore global flavors with free take-and-make kits.
Each kit includes:
- A small packet of the featured spice (enough for two recipes).
- Simple recipe cards to spark your creativity.
- A brief history and cultural significance of the spice.
- Recommended books to enhance your culinary journey.
Registration is preferred. Kits will be available while supplies last, registration secures a kit for you.
