About the Program

The Spice of the Month Club is your passport to global flavors. Each monthly kit includes:

  • A small packet of the featured spice blend (enough for two recipes).
  • Easy recipe cards to try at home.
  • A brief history and cultural context of the spice.
  • Suggested books for further exploration.

Registration is preferred. Kits will be available while supplies last, registration secures a kit for you.
