July Spice of the Month: Aleppo Pepper
July's summer days encourage us to embrace the heat and find new ways to cool off. The Aleppo pepper can be added to poultry, vegetables, and even yogurt to take the heat on a new journey.

The Spice of the Month Take and Make is your passport to global flavors.
Each monthly kit includes:
- A small packet of the featured spice blend (enough for two recipes).
- Easy recipe cards to try at home.
- A brief history and cultural context of the spice.
- Suggested books for further exploration.
Registration is preferred. Kits will be available while supplies last, registration secures a kit for you.
