Music can be a valuable tool for enhancing your everyday life. Together, we’ll discover the transformative power of music on your mental, physical, and social wellbeing while having time to explore different instruments hands-on. We’ll also experiment with singing as a tool for your mental health and overall wellness. Don’t worry – it’s not about how we sound; it’s about how experimenting with music makes us feel. Registration is required.
