Creating Connections: Combating Loneliness In-Person

Join us for a workshop presented by Acts of Connection Weld County. The goal of this organization is to bring social awareness to the epidemic of loneliness and social isolation and provide free resources and guidance to those in need of deeper, meaningful connections.

This Connection Workshop aims to help community members:

  • Identify the importance of connection
  • Recognize loneliness in ourselves and others
  • Consider ways to overcome loneliness/isolation in our own lives and community

This 2-hour workshop provides essential information to create a foundation for future connections. This workshop includes group discussions as well as personal reflection and connection-planning activities. It’s up to each of us to take a step towards connection. This can start with building strong and meaningful relationships, so no one feels alone.

Registration is encouraged, walk-ins. To register and to get more information about this and other local workshops, please visit: https://actsofconnectionweld.org/front_page/events/
