Create Your Own HOPE Box

Create Your Own HOPE Box In-Person

Create Your Own HOPE Box – In Honor of Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month

Join us at Centennial Park Library for a crafting program in recognition of Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month. Library patrons will have the opportunity to create their own HOPE Box/Kit — a personalized collection of items designed to inspire hope, encourage self-care, and offer comfort during difficult times.

Each HOPE Box may include:

  • Personal and sentimental items
  • Positive messages and affirmations
  • Sensory and calming tools
  • Personal goals and aspirations
  • Local mental health and crisis resources

HOPE boxes serve as a tangible reminder that life is worth living and can help ground individuals in moments of emotional crisis, grief, or despair.

HPLD’s Centennial Park Library is proud to partner with North Range Behavioral Health– Suicide Education & Support Services to provide valuable information and mental health resources.
