Sound Bath Meditation In-Person
Come and discover the benefits of sound meditation. Regardless of your lifestyle, it’s likely you could benefit from some self-care and stress relief. If you enjoy unwinding with music after a long day, a sound bath may be the perfect addition to your wellness routine.
Sound baths can offer significant benefits for your overall well-being, including reducing stress and anxiety, lowering blood pressure, improving circulation, and helping with pain relief. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort as we relax and enjoy an hour of self-care. We will also have chairs available for those who prefer to sit as they meditate. This program is presented in partnership with North Range Behavioral Health.
