Darker Discussions: Not Your Grandma's Book Club In-Person

Ready to dive into the deeper end of the bookshelf? Darker Discussions is a book club for readers who aren’t afraid of heavier topics, raw stories, and thought-provoking conversations. We’ll explore books that touch on complex, emotional, or challenging themes, including psychological thrillers, edgy fiction, and nonfiction or memoirs that confront real-life struggles. Each title will come with relevant content or trigger warnings to help you decide if it’s right for you. Come prepared for open-minded, respectful discussion and maybe a few chills.
