Calm the Chaos: Resetting Your Nervous System In-Person

May is Mental Health Month and a great time to give your nervous system a break! Lower your stress, think more clearly, and build inner strength by helping your mind and body feel balanced again. In this collaborative session, we’ll talk about simple ways to calm your body when it feels overwhelmed, ease tightness and tension, and learn how to stay calm in everyday life and even during stressful situations. Lead by North Range Behavioral Health, this 90-minute workshop is free and open to the public.
