Self-Care in the Real World In-Person

 

We often think of self-care as bubble baths or shopping sprees. However, self-care is the practice of habits and daily routines that support good mental health and help us be healthier. The North Range Behavioral Health team will share practical self-care and stress management techniques that you can use to promote, protect, and maintain your overall physical and mental health. Registration is preferred.
